Members must treat other members equally despite their characteristics. In line with UK legislation, we observe the Protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010

The protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010 include:

• Religion or belief

• Sexual orientation

Anyone found intentionally using discrimination will receive the following:

• For any offences - Ban

Any user who is banned for this reason in any server will automatically be blacklisted from all other servers operated by Evercrest County
