§6 - Pinging Authority Roles

Server members must avoid pinging content creator roles, moderator roles, administrator roles and leadership roles to resolve issues or grab the attention of that person without reason.

For moderation issues, open a support ticket. Support Team members will be able to assist you and process your reports easily.

Content creators are recognisable members and shouldn't be hassled. Unless you have a genuine question, concern, feedback or suggestion, do not ping them. Even with those reasons, you may wish to redirect to their own discord server and utilise the tools they have there.

• For first offences - Verbal Warning

• For second offences - Server Warning and 1 Hour Server Mute

• For repeat offences after being issued a server warning - Server Kick and / or 1 Day Server Mute
