§1 - Reckless Driving of Public Services

Members must not, under any circumstances, drive recklessly, or in any manner which could cause a collision, serious injury etc to any other person, whilst they are on duty as a Public Services employee.

Whilst responding to an emergency, minor levels of reckless driving is permitted, however, the member must ensure they are in control of their vehicle at all times.

Anyone found Recklessly Driving as Public Services will receive the following:

• For first offences - The member is removed from the team and can rejoin after. A note is added to their modlogs.

• For second offence - The member is given a verbal warning and is removed from the team. They can rejoin after a 5 minute grace period. A note is added to their modlogs.

• For third offence - The member is given an official warning. A warning is added to their modlogs. They are removed from the team and blacklisted from accessing it for the rest of the session.

• For repeated offences - The member is kicked from the server. Kick is recorded and added to their modlogs.

For severe cases, users will be banned for breaching this rule.
