§3 - Special departments

Members must not, without permission, roleplay as a specialised law enforcement department as shown below:

1. S.W.A.T

2. US Marshalls

3. US Secret Service

4. FBI

5. Similar departments such as Park Rangers

Due to low demand of these departments, any officers within these departments must:

1. Source their own uniform.

2. Drive an unmarked vehicle (permission is automatically granted to these departments). This excludes S.W.A.T

There is an upper, maximum limit of 6 specialist officers per session.

Anyone foundroleplaying as a specialised law enforcement department without permission from staff will receive the following:

• For first offences - The member will be given a verbal warning. They can request permission to use the vehicle there and then. A note will be added to their modlogs. If they do not request permission or are denied permission, they must be respawned and change cars.

• For second offence - The member is given a verbal warning and is removed from the team. They can rejoin after a 5 minute grace period. A note is added to their modlogs.

• For third offence - The member will be given a warning and respawned to be required to change their vehicle. They can not request permission until they respawn. This is recorded on their modlogs.

• For repeated offences - The member is kicked from the server. Kick is recorded and added to their modlogs.

For severe cases, users will be banned for breaching this rule.
